The problem we fix

Most clinic software is built for hospitals, then sold to small clinics.

That's why your receptionist still manages the register on paper, patients still forget appointments, and your evenings disappear writing prescriptions. We built River One for the clinic you actually run — not the hospital you don't.

01

Fewer no-shows

Confirmations and T-48, T-24, T-2 reminders go out on WhatsApp automatically. Clinics cut no-shows from 25–30% to under 12% within weeks.

02

Evenings back

Specialty-wise consultation templates. One-screen prescription writing. PDF goes straight to the patient's WhatsApp — no printer, no paper, no post-dinner catch-up.

03

Owner-level clarity

Daily collections, pending dues, no-show rate, repeat patient rate, revenue by doctor. All in one dashboard.

What's inside

Everything a clinic actually uses, nothing it only pretends to.

We don't ship features for the demo. We ship features your receptionist will use before lunch and your doctor will use during the consultation itself.

Appointment alerts — doctor & patient

Doctor sets availability once. Patient gets WhatsApp reminders (T-48, T-24, T-2). Doctor gets Android push the moment a new booking lands and when the patient checks in. Both sides always in the loop.

Voice-to-text consultations

Doctor speaks the findings — the system fills diagnosis, chief complaint, vitals, treatment plan. Fills empty fields only, so typed notes are never overwritten. English, Hindi and Marathi all work.

Patient addition & management

Add patients in 20 seconds. Fetch any patient's complete history anytime — every OPD visit, consultation, pharmacy dispensing, prescription, and lab report. No "last 5" limit. Clinic-scoped, never shared across clinics.

Multilingual prescriptions

Specialty-specific templates. Dose, frequency, duration, food timing, advice. Print or send to WhatsApp as PDF in English, Hindi or Marathi — your patient's actual language.

Lab requests & reports

Pre-loaded panels for Diabetes, Hypertension, Thyroid, Pregnancy, and more. One click sends the request. PDFs returned via WhatsApp, attached to the patient chart.

Pharmacy dispensing

Dispense medicines against the prescription at the counter. Printable prescription for the patient. Linked to each visit so the clinical and pharmacy records stay in sync.

Pay-per-visit billing

₹3 per visit, deducted from your clinic's prepaid wallet. No monthly fee, no per-doctor charge. Daily billing shows doctor-wise consultation collections for your cash drawer reconciliation.

Smart follow-ups

During consultation, enter the interval in days — the next visit date is calculated and scheduled. WhatsApp reminder goes out automatically. Dashboard shows who's due today.

Owner analytics

Today's visits, revenue by doctor, patient growth, wallet movement, top-performing doctors. Super Admin sees all clinics, clinic owner sees their own. The dashboard the owner opens first.

Multi-doctor polyclinic

Add multiple doctors under one clinic, each with their own schedule, specialty, and fee. Receptionists (up to 2 per clinic) manage every doctor's calendar from a single login. Patients pick doctor by name or specialty.

Email OTP sign-in

Doctors and receptionists sign in with a 6-digit code sent to email. Codes expire in two minutes, single use, hash-stored. No more forgotten passwords locking out the receptionist.

Android app & push alerts

Live on Google Play. Push notifications for new appointments, patient arrivals, lab reports, follow-ups due today. Same account as web — no separate records to reconcile.

The differentiator

WhatsApp auto-response. 24/7. No missed messages. No unanswered calls.

River One connects to your clinic's own WhatsApp number through Meta's official Business API — not a bot farm. Patients book appointments, reschedule, and receive their prescription and lab reports in the chat they already know. Every message gets an instant automated reply — your front desk stops drowning in the phone.

Specialty templates

A cardiologist's consult is not a pediatrician's.

Each specialty gets its own consultation template, its own patient fields, and its own report uploads. Switch specialty and the whole screen adapts — no generic form for everything.

NMC Guidelines 2026

Operational communication, not marketing to patients.

The National Medical Commission's October 2026 guidelines draw a clear line: inform and educate, don't promote. Most clinic software hasn't caught up. We built River One around that line from day one.

Your doctors don't risk a show-cause notice because their software accidentally sent a "limited time offer" message to a patient. Everything we ship is operational by design.

Built in India

Built for the clinics that actually run India's healthcare.

River One OPD is a clinic management SaaS designed for Indian outpatient practices — solo GPs, 3-doctor polyclinics, specialists with 2-week waitlists, Ayurveda practitioners.

We built it because every clinic management tool we looked at was either built abroad and bolted on for India, or built for 500-bed hospitals and sold down. Neither fit the real clinic.

Every feature in River One OPD is shaped by how Indian clinics actually work — WhatsApp first, Hindi and Marathi alongside English, pay-only-when-you-see-a-patient, no lock-in. More about River One.

Questions clinics ask

Straight answers, no sales deflection.

Is River One OPD compliant with NMC Guidelines 2026?
Yes. The National Medical Commission's October 2026 guidelines on ethical advertising and public communication are the foundation we built the WhatsApp and messaging layer around. Patient-facing automation is strictly operational — confirmations, reminders, prescriptions, lab reports, and invoices. We do not ship review-solicitation flows, promotional messaging, discount-based acquisition, or birthday/festival automation. If your legal team asks, we'll walk them through the block-by-block compliance mapping.
Does it work on Android?
Yes. River One OPD is live on Google Play. Doctors and receptionists use the Android app for daily clinic operations — same features as the web dashboard, with push notifications for new appointments, patient arrivals, lab reports, and follow-ups due today. Patients interact with the clinic via WhatsApp — no app download required for them.
How does the pay-per-patient pricing really work?
₹3 per visit or consultation. That's the entire pricing. Your clinic tops up a prepaid wallet — ₹3 is deducted when you see a patient. No monthly subscription. No per-doctor fee. No setup charge. No feature tiers. If a patient doesn't show up, you aren't charged. If they return the same day, the repeat visit is free. For a solo GP seeing 20 patients a day, that's roughly ₹1,500 a month. For a 3-doctor polyclinic seeing 60 a day, about ₹4,500. You never pay for what you don't use. See full pricing.
Can doctors enter consultations by voice?
Yes. Press the voice button during a consultation and dictate your findings — the system fills diagnosis, chief complaint, symptoms, vitals, treatment plan, and remarks. It only fills empty fields, so anything you've already typed stays as-is. Works in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Recordings are not stored; audio is sent to a speech provider for transcription only.
What specialties does it support?
12 specialties out of the box: General Medicine, Pediatrics, Cardiology, Dermatology, Orthopedics, Gynecology, ENT, Ophthalmology, Neurology, Psychiatry, Ayurveda, and Homeopathy — plus "Other" for any focus area not listed. Each specialty has its own consultation template with extra specialty-specific fields and report uploads. See specialty templates.
How does the WhatsApp integration actually work?
We integrate with Meta's official WhatsApp Business API — not a workaround, not a bot farm. Your clinic connects its own verified WhatsApp number. Patients book, reschedule, and receive their prescription, lab reports, and invoices in that chat. STOP honors opt-out instantly as required by the DPDP Act 2023. How WhatsApp booking works.
Where is my clinic's data stored?
Hosted in India. Patient consent is captured per-purpose at registration (DPDP Act 2023 compliant) and is withdrawable anytime from the clinic admin screen. Clinical details — diagnoses, medication names, lab values — are delivered as PDF attachments only, never as plain text in WhatsApp chat. Full audit log of every outbound message is kept for compliance review. Read about DPDP compliance.
Can I migrate my existing patient records?
Yes. We accept Excel exports from most existing systems (HealthPlix, Practo Ray, MocDoc, Lifemaan, in-house systems). Our team maps your fields to the River One schema and runs a staged import — review before go-live. Typical migration takes 3–5 business days.
What happens if I cancel?
You can export all your patient records, prescriptions, lab reports, and invoices as CSV + PDF archive anytime, including after cancellation. No lock-in. Your data belongs to your clinic, not to us.
How quickly can we go live?
Clinic registration takes under 2 minutes. Super Admin approval is typically within 24 hours. From approval to receiving your first WhatsApp appointment: another 1–2 business days (for WhatsApp Business number verification by Meta). Total: usually under one week from signup to live.

Give your clinic its evenings back.

Register in under 2 minutes. Approval within 24 hours. No subscription — pay ₹3 only when you see a patient.
