Practising something else? Choose "Other" while registering and name your specialty. You get general clinical fields — presenting concern, current symptoms, symptom course, past and medication history — plus clinical report, lab / imaging, and supporting document uploads. Existing dental clinics keep their dental template.

How it works

One specialty per clinic. The whole screen adapts.

Specialty templates are not a separate module to buy — they are how the patient record is built.

1

Pick your specialty at registration

The doctor chooses one specialty while registering the clinic, along with qualification and experience details for that specialty.

2

Patient forms follow it

Every new patient form shows that specialty's clinical fields next to the standard details — name, age, phone, consent.

3

Reports live in the chart

Upload PDF, JPG, PNG, WEBP, DOC or DOCX files up to 5 MB each into the specialty's report slots. They stay with the patient's history.

Specialty questions

Questions about specialty templates.

What each specialty records, and how polyclinics with several specialists use it.

Which specialties does River One OPD support?
General Medicine, Pediatrics, Cardiology, Dermatology, Orthopedics, Gynecology, ENT, Ophthalmology, Neurology, Psychiatry, Ayurveda, and Homeopathy. Clinics whose focus is not listed choose "Other" and name their specialty; they get general clinical fields and report uploads.
How does the clinic choose its specialty?
The doctor picks one specialty while registering the clinic. From then on, the patient form shows that specialty's clinical fields and report uploads alongside the standard patient details.
Which report files can be uploaded to a patient record?
PDF, JPG, PNG, WEBP, DOC, and DOCX files up to 5 MB each. Each specialty has its own upload slots — for example ECG and echo reports in Cardiology, growth chart and immunization card in Pediatrics, or audiometry reports in ENT.
Is Ayurveda and Homeopathy supported properly, not as an afterthought?
Yes. Ayurveda records Prakriti, Vikriti, Agni, sleep, appetite, bowel and diet habits, with uploads for Prakriti assessments. Homeopathy records modalities, mental and emotional picture, thermal state, thirst and appetite, with uploads for case-taking and repertory notes.
Can a polyclinic with different specialists use it?
Yes. Add multiple doctors to one clinic, each with their own schedule, specialization, and consultation fee. Patients pick a doctor by name or specialty, and the clinic shares one wallet and one patient database. See multi-doctor support.
