We built River One because every clinic management tool we looked at was either built abroad and bolted on for India, or built for 500-bed hospitals and sold down. Neither fit the real clinic.
The real clinic runs on a register at the front desk, a phone that never stops ringing, and a doctor writing prescriptions late into the evening. Its patients live on WhatsApp, read Hindi or Marathi before English, and should never need to download an app to book a visit.

- Clinic owners run the clinic panel — patients, slots, appointments, visits, labs, pharmacy, reports, receptionist accounts, and wallet top-up.
- Receptionists handle day-to-day desk work and can view the wallet balance. Each clinic can have up to 2 receptionist logins.
- Super admins approve new clinics and manage platform pricing, global settings, and WhatsApp status.
- Patients never need an account — they deal with their clinic, and receive WhatsApp messages only after giving consent.
