Minimum ₹300. Pay via UPI, card, or bank transfer and record the payment reference. The amount is credited to your clinic's wallet immediately. No bank processing fees passed on.

Is there really no monthly subscription?
Correct. River One OPD does not charge any monthly or yearly subscription. If your clinic sees no patients in a given month (closed for Diwali, doctor on leave for 3 weeks, etc.), you pay nothing for that period. You only pay ₹3 per patient visit, deducted from your prepaid wallet when the visit is logged.
What is the cheapest clinic management software in India?
At ₹3 per visit with no subscription, River One OPD is one of the most affordable clinic management software options in India. A solo doctor seeing 20 patients a day pays approximately ₹1,500 a month — and that single fee covers every doctor in the clinic, while subscription-based competitors typically charge per doctor per month.
What if I add a second doctor to my clinic?
No additional cost. Add 1 doctor, 5 doctors, or 20 doctors — pricing stays at ₹3 per visit. There is no per-doctor fee. This is the biggest cost difference versus HealthPlix, Practo Ray, and most competitors, who charge per-doctor-per-month.
Are same-day repeat visits really free?
Yes. If a patient returns on the same day (needed a dose adjustment, forgot to ask something, came back with lab results that same afternoon), the repeat visit does not deduct from your wallet. Only visits on a different date count.
What is the minimum wallet top-up?
The minimum wallet top-up is ₹300 unless your platform administrator has set a different amount. Top up once and use the balance until it runs low.
What happens if the wallet balance is low?
You receive a low-balance alert via email and in-app notification before the wallet drops below the minimum. If the wallet hits zero, new patient registrations and follow-up visits are refused until you top up. Patients already registered that day can still be seen (same-day repeat is free anyway).
Can I get a receipt for wallet top-ups?
Yes. Every wallet top-up is recorded in your clinic's wallet ledger with its amount, payment reference, and date, and a payment receipt can be downloaded from your clinic settings. The amount is a legitimate business expense for your clinic.
Are there volume discounts for high-volume clinics?
Yes. For hospitals, diagnostic chains, or clinics seeing 150+ patients a day consistently, we offer custom rates. Contact us at support@riverone.in or through the contact form to discuss.
What about setup, training, and migration costs?
Setup is free. The web onboarding takes under 2 minutes; approval within 24 hours. Training is self-serve (the app is designed to be learnable in a day) with video walkthroughs. If you need data migration from HealthPlix, Practo Ray, MocDoc, or an in-house system, standard migrations are handled at no cost and complex migrations are quoted separately.
Can I try before I pay?
Yes. You get ₹300 of wallet credit when you register — enough for ~100 patient visits. Use that to evaluate the software with real patients before any payment. If River One OPD doesn't fit your clinic, we will refund your wallet money. Please note that WhatsApp messages already sent are not refunded, as they are charged by Meta.
