Your data

Delete account and data.

This page is the public way to ask River One to delete a River One OPD staff account and the related data stored for that clinic. It applies to the website and to the Android app River One.

What you can request

  • Staff login. Deletion of a clinic owner or receptionist account (name, email, phone, and sign-in).
  • Clinic record. If you are the clinic owner, deletion can include the clinic profile, receptionist accounts for that clinic, patients, visits, appointments, prescriptions, pharmacy records, lab requests, uploaded files, WhatsApp logs, and the wallet ledger for that clinic.

What we need first

We verify that the request comes from the email address on the account, or from the clinic owner for a receptionist’s account. Unverified requests are not actioned. A patient who has no login should ask their clinic to correct or delete a clinical record. The clinic can then submit this form.

What may be kept

We may retain limited wallet, security, and audit records where we need them to resolve a dispute, prevent fraud, or meet a legal duty. Retained records are not used to operate the closed clinic.

Timing

We aim to complete a verified request within 30 days and will email the address you provide. Uninstalling the Android app, or signing out, does not delete the account.

You can also email support@riverone.in with the same details. Read how each data right is handled on the DPDP compliance page.

Submit a deletion request

Use the email address registered on the account so we can verify it.
